MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide a safe and fun experience for all participants at every age level. To create an environment of friendship, sportsmanship and competition that every player can enjoy. To provide guidance to coaching staff that will assist them in teaching the fundamentals of softball and to make our house league as enjoyable as possible so that every player will return, year after year!

Register early and save! Fees increase by $20 on Mar 8 and by $50 on April 8th.

Give-it-a-try/Registration Event: Saturday February 21st from 10:30 - 2:30 @ RIM Park Fieldhouse
U13 & U15 Combines:
Youth Umpire Clinic: April 26th
House League Coach Clinic: May 3rd (to be confirmed)
House League Kick-Off Event: May 10th, subject to weather and diamond availability
Regular Season: May 12th - July 10th
U7-U15 Final Days: July 11th - 13th, 2025
U17/U21 Medal Games: Friday July 11th (Play-off games will be played in regular game slots)
Season Game Times: 6pm - 8pm (could last 2+ hours). We occasionally play weekend games. Average 2 games per week.
Equipment: Each player MUST have their own batting helmet with face cage, and glove. Team shirts will be provided.
U13 & U15 Combines:
- Will be held at the Moses Springer Arena Floor - to allow for "live" hitting
- results help maintain team parity
- U15 Evaluation: Wednesday April 9th
- U13 Evaluation: Wednesday April 16th

Can't get enough and want to play beyond Final Days? Register for House League, and have an opportunity to play with our select teams.

City of Waterloo Fee Assistance Leisure Access Program
The City of Waterloo Fee Assistance Leisure Access Program is a financial support program for permanent residents with low income living in Waterloo, helping individuals participate in City of Waterloo recreational and affiliated minor sport and arts programs. The assistance is given in the form of a credit to eligible individuals. Eligibility is based on total family income.
