PART 1: 2026 PLAYER REGISTRATION
WELCOME TO THE WATERLOO MINOR GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION'S
2026 HOUSE LEAGUE REGISTRATION PAGE!
As we all know, things seem to be settled into the new "normal" in our world.
Minor sport is no exception and our registration process reflects that.
Please ensure that you read everything carefully,
acknowledge understanding and acceptance of terms where required,
and hit the submit button to ensure that your completed form reaches the association.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The 2026 Season will begin with Kick-off the first Saturday (weather permitting) on which the City of Waterloo will allow access to the diamonds in 2026. Please check back for this information!
- As was the case in 2025, WMGSA teams will be comprised ONLY of players/coaches who register with the Waterloo Minor Girls Softball Association.
- Players in the Mite U11, Squirt U13 & Novice U15 divisions MAY be required to attend a combine/player evaluation session in early April so we can properly evaluate players' skills prior to the team selection process; dates will be announced as soon as we are able.
- Final Days for T-Ball U7, Mini-Mite U9, Mite U11, Squirt U13, and Novice U15 will be July 10th - 12th; please mark that weekend on your calendar . . . schedule details will follow in late June/early July
- Play-offs in the Merged U17/U21 division will run during regular game slots and culminate with a final event on Friday July 10th

U9 Mini-Mite (2017, 2018) $180
U11 Mite (2015, 2016) $190

U15 Novice (2011, 2012) $200
U17 Merged (2009, 2010) $200
U21 Merged (2005-2008) $200
NOTES:
Fees increase on March 8th by $20 and an additional $30 on April 8th, 2026.
Player withdrawal, for any reason other than medical, before April 15th, will be charged a $25 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after April 15th, except for medical reasons. Refunds for medical reasons will be pro-rated.
