The HL season is finished with the Final Days Tournament completed! Twenty Eight teams from
T-Ball to Midget divsions have competed for that final championship game that they have worked so hard for
this season. The Fianl Days Tournament ran From Friday, July 6th to late Sunday, July 8th 2007 through heat,
humidity and of course - rain and lightning. Everyone involved from the Parents, Coaches, Umpires and of course,
the Players "Weathered" the bad conditions!

2007 Friendship Cup:
The results are in and a great day was had by all. We added a fourth division this year with the Squirt girls from Kitchener and Waterloo. A lot of comradely was evident between the teams and the girls that usually play against each other. This was visible at their next regular games!

Select Teams:
The P.W.S.A. is organizing provincial select championship tournaments. Last year we had over 45 teams participate and hope that we can get more involvement from the Grand Valley teams. Only Guelph and Brantford participated last season.
The P.W.S.A. will be hosting select championship tournaments on the August 25-26th weekend. The following are the host sites for the tournaments.

Squirt, East teams to Kanata, West Teams to St. Catharines
Mite East teams to Kanata , West Teams to St. Catharines
The P.W.S.A. decided in the mite and squirt divisions to create an east and west tournament to provide more opportunities for teams to participate.
